Pricing & Information

  • Deposit

    A £400 holding deposit is required to secure the date for your event. Damage to any of our equipment or vandalism by any of your guests will be covered using your deposit. Receipts upon request.

  • Event Venue Hire

    Full Venue Hire - £1000 is the minimum amount we require to be spent on drinks. We provide a fully stocked bar & door staff for the 8-12hr duration.

    Partial Venue Hire - £500 is the minimum amount we require to be spent on drinks. We provide a fully stocked bar & door staff for the 1-4hr duration.

  • Dry Hire

    Dry Hire - A fee of £2500 is required for the 8-12hr duration. The Venue can be tailored to your needs. The bar and door staff are not available in this hire package. Special requirements can be suggest via Private Bookings Enquiry form.

  • Music Playback

    Plug your own DJ Controller or Mobile device into our mixer. We provide an Aux lead to plug into any audio device with a dedicated aux jack (we do not provide USB Type-C adapter for iPhone audio output). We have a DJ Booth if wish to use your CDJs, Vinyl Decks or DJ controller to play/mix music.

  • Type of Events

    Birthday Parties (Adults), Engagement Parties, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Gender Reveal Parties, Retirement Parties, Graduation Celebrations, Milestone Events, Wedding Receptions, Team Building Event Space, Company Celebrations, Networking Events, Pop-Up Events, Fundraisers

  • Kitchen

    There is no use or access to the Kitchen regarding any Private Bookings. You can still place orders for food via The Tropics as standard.
